An Auction Specialist will contact you to setup an appointment and discuss your specific needs.

Get a copy of your ID document, proof of residence, title deeds and any other relevant documents ready for the appointment

A comprehensive property assessment will be submitted.

Your minimum acceptable sale price “reserve price” will be discussed and agreed upon..

The marketing campaign for your property will be discussed and the cost thereof agreed on, which is the only cost that will be for your pocket

Once everything is agreed on, a mandate is signed, granting the Auctioneer permission to market and Auction your property

The marketing campaign should start within 2 – 3 days.

Your property will be on Auction 3 weeks after the start of our marketing campaign
